Our goal when we started Preneed Builders was to create a set of automated marketing tools for small and medium size funeral homes that would help them generate more preneed leads and create awareness for their funeral home.
Among traditional lead generation tools, we also offered the Aftercare Card Program to help funeral homes stay in touch with families during the first year following a loss. We offered this as a stand-alone product because nearly all aftercare products or services required using a different insurance company or marketing organization.
We learned quickly that the struggle to keep up with families was felt in most funeral homes. Serving at-need families and running a funeral home just didn’t leave time for much else. Recognizing the need and understanding the market, we decided to create a new platform to solve that problem.
On January 1st, we launched Aftercare.com with the single goal of helping more funeral homes stay in touch with their families following a loss. To continue improving our product and building the Aftercare.com brand, we are shutting down Preneed Builders and focusing solely on being the leader in aftercare solutions for busy funeral homes.
